Career Tracks

When you join Women-Eye, we will ask you  about your career goals and the thing you want to accomplish in order for you to feel successful and empowered.  Based on the answers that you give, there are several different “tracks” – pathways to success that you can follow.  Here’s a brief outline of the different tracks available.

Track 1 – Entrepreneurial Women
If you already own and operate your own business, Women-Eye can help you grow and manage your business.  We have information relating to marketing your business, managing employees, and setting your prices to maximize profit, as well as lots of other useful information.

Track 2 – Career Women

Perhaps you are more comfortable working for others.  If this is the case, then Women-Eye can help you find the career that fits you best.  We can help you prepare for that career, with information ranging from obtaining the necessary training to preparing your resume and dressing for success.  We can put you in touch with Human Resource Managers, as well as give you valuable contacts within your chosen industry.

Track 3 – Working From Home

This track is designed for women who either choose to stay at home with their families or who run home-based businesses.  We offer creative decorating ideas, childcare tips, meal ideas, and (perhaps most importantly), networking opportunities that will allow you to get out of the house and spend some quality time with other women in in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

Track 4 -   Philanthropic Women

This track will prepare you to start and work for your own non-profit organization.  We have all the information and resources you need to get started, from tax forms and legal documentation to working with non-profit boards and your clients.

Track 5 -  Bright Ideas

This track is designed to help you find your strengths and focus on a career path.  We have self-assessment tests that you can take, and career guides that you can read through.  We will listen to all of your ideas, and help you decide which ones offer the best potential.

Track 6 -   College Women

No matter what track you decide to follow, Women-Eye is here to help you achieve the success that you deserve.  All of our programs are available to all of our members, regardless of what track you decide to pursue.
